TOURNAMENT OFFICE The Tournament Office is situated in Bramdrupdam Hallerne and includes: - Information Desk - Practice Court Reservation Desk - Accreditations - Help for travel arrangements - Handout practice balls, towels and water The Office is open every day from 09.00 to 21.00 You can call the Tournament Office during opening hours at: +45 2013 1650.
PLAYERS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
From Airport: We will pick-up players arriving at Billund Airport only. We will not be servicing other Airports e.g. Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) and Aarhus Airport (Tirstrup). Trains run from Copenhagen Airport to Kolding at the cost of 37 €. The journey will take about 3 hours.
Please pre-book your Airport pick-up and drop-off by contacting the Transport Organiser with at least 24 hours notice - Phone: +45 2364 9806.
On-Site Transportation Service: Thursday 9th October 12.00 - 23.00 Friday 10th October - Monday 13th October 07.00 - 23.00 Tuesday 14th October - Sunday 19th October 08.30 - 23.00
Only competing players and their coaches are entitled to car service. Please remember to book your car the evening before. Transport will be provided between Bramdrupdam Hallerne, Kolding Ketcher Center (KKC) and Hotel Comwell. Only under special circumstances requests for any personal errands can be accepted (shopping, restaurants, etc.).
Shuttle Service: Shuttle Service will run between Hotel Comwell, Kolding Ketcher Center (KKC) and Bramdrupdam Hallerne daily from Saturday 13th to Thursday 16th from 08.30 to 19.30. Out of these hours transportation should be booked at: +45 2364 9806.
Daily information (transport schedules, changes etc.) will be posted at the Official Notice Board at the Tournament Office and at Hotel Comwell.

ACCREDITATIONS All players must personally see the Accreditations Officer at the Welcome Desk at Hotel Comwell (October 12 - 12) or the Tournament Office (October 13 - 19) (Opening hours 09.00 - 21.00). Please show your badge to security on request.
The badge provided to all players and coaches gives access to all areas in Bramdrupdam Hallerne and Kolding Ketcher Center (KKC). Each player is entitled to a maximum of two guest badges (family/friend, coach).
PLAYERS EVENING Invitation letters to Players Evening is handed out with the Players Guide upon arrival. The Kolding City Council and The Danish Tennis Association will host Players Evening on Koldinghus in the centre of Kolding on Tuesday 14th October at 21.00. Koldinghus is an old castle ruin with a unique atmosphere. Please contact the Tournament Office when you have decided to attend.
OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARD Important information regarding the schedule of play and any other specific regulations will be posted on the official notice boards at the Tournament Office in Bramdrupdam Hallerne and at Hotel Comwell. All players should read this information carefully.
PLAYERS LOUNGE The Players Lounge is reserved for competitors, their guests and coaches.
Facilities in the Players Lounge include: - Computer with Internet-access - Wireless Internet-access - Fruit - Magazines
STRINGING SERVICE The service is available in Bramdrupdam Hallerne from Friday 10th at 12 noon to Sunday 19th. Cost: 18 € per racket.
